      Providing our customers with superior service and support is our goal every day.  GTS customers are guaranteed prompt, knowledgeable on-site service representatives and local spare parts inventory.  Our customer service center located in Coral Springs, FL is staffed 24 hours for continuous field support.

Exclusive Service Guarantee

      Offered exclusively by GTS.  The GTS service guarantee reimburses the hotel in the event guest dissatisfaction is due to
telephone related problems not repaired by GTS within the service time table.

 

24 - Hour Service and Support
