Galaxy Telecom Services, Inc. (GTS) is a Florida Corporation based in Coral Springs. GTS sells, installs, and services Hitachi, Mitel, Innovation Voice, Digital Speech and HSIA Systems. With over 500 installations since 1986 in the Florida market the principals at GTS maintain a reputation unparalleled in the Telecommunication industry. Outlined in this section are a few of the support services GTS will provide to insure your communications systems are installed and maintained properly, and that you are able to take full advantage of our unique partnering concept.

GTS maintains a staff of highly skilled, factory trained technicians
plus support personnel to provide you with expert installation,
current product enhancements and maintenance. All our service, support and marketing personnel undergo extensive in-house training to attain the level of technical excellence required at GTS.

All installation, upgrade and add on work is performed only by GTS technicians who receive in-house training in addition to factory training and certification. GTS developed and perfected the Transparent Live Installation Format, our trademark that ensures a smooth transition with no down time.

GTS will work with your personnel to train them in the most effective use of your telephone system. Semi-annual training classes will be scheduled that least disturbs your normal business operations. Training classes will include instructions on your system’s features, office procedures, and telephone etiquette.

Brief, fun, and easy-to-follow instruction booklets, created specifically for GTS customers will be distributed. Special individual attention will be given to console attendants and relief attendants to insure complete understanding of the console and system operation. We will remain in touch with you on a regular basis to offer additional training and other services when necessary.
